Beginners Trip 2014

For this years beginners trip Cambridge University Canoe Club headed to South Wales again. After a long first day on the Gwili, we headed back to a favourite of many of the leaders for beginners - the Usk. We ran the section from Sennybridge to Aberbran, and despite a couple of swims, had a great day out on the river. The highlight for most people was the third drop, so here's a compilation of most people going over it!

Come and Try It - Michaelmas 2014

CUCC held our annual Michaelmas Come and Try it event over the weekend. Lots of students tried out kayaking and found out more about the club. We'll be running a beginnners course and building up to the beginners trip over the next few weeks.

Alps Trip 2014

So an intrepid group group of CUCC paddlers drove down to France for the 2014 Alps trip, and this is what they did....
